• leaving oct. 19, return flight is on oct. 25 or 24 depending on money

• staying 4 or 5 nights (since the flight there arrives the next day)

• most likely gonna try to get an apartment in downtownish shinjuku or minato

• airfare roundtrip is around $1300 - $1400

• the room in total should be around $300 (split between 2 people)

• train fare for the week should be around $50 or so! i can help you get a train card / buy train tickets

• i ate really cheap in tokyo for a month be essentially living on conbini food (its really good) and treating myself to ramen on occasion, which i plan to also do this time around so i wont be going out for food much, i can however go along with people and order food for them lmao

• i can read hiragana and katakana and a buncha first & second year kanji, ive taken 2 years of japanese class and can speak fluently enough to order food, shop, and do other basic stuff, ive also essentially memorized the subway / train maps after living there for a month so u gots nothing to worry about in terms of navigating and translation if u go with me!

• the reason im going back is basically to shop frantically for a week, so i will most likely be walking up early, leaving at like 9-10 am, going shopping in various places all day and then returning around nighttime. youre welcome to come shopping with me!! after being there for a month ive already got all my favorite places to go scoped out but there are a lot in major areas like akiba and harajuku. basically i buy all my own food and stuff and pay my own train fares, i just would like to have someone with me to share the hotel costs with (also because japan is great and id love to show people around lmao)
